Organisational Performance

Create the conditions for people, teams and organisations to perform at their best.

Performance rarely comes down to one person or one problem.

It is shaped by leadership, capability, accountability, decision making and the conditions people work within.

I work with leaders and organisations to understand what is enabling or constraining performance, and where focused change can make the greatest difference.

Performance problems rarely sit in one place

Structures, systems or ways of working may be making performance harder than it needs to be. Accountability becomes blurred, decisions slow down or capability isn't developing as the organisation needs.

01 The organisation

02 Leadership and teams

Leadership teams can be individually capable but collectively less effective. Priorities compete, conversations happen too late and alignment becomes harder as complexity grows.

Today's work gets delivered, but tomorrow's capability is left to chance. Development becomes something separate from the work rather than something deliberately built through it.

The opportunity is not simply to ask people to perform better. It is to create better conditions for performance.

03 Capability

Who this is for

This work is for organisations that want performance to improve through people, not around them.

You may be:

  • Growing or changing faster than your leadership systems are adapting

  • Seeing capable people or teams struggle to perform collectively

  • Trying to strengthen accountability, alignment or decision making

  • Building leadership and organisational capability for what comes next

The starting point is rarely a programme. It is understanding what is really shaping performance.

Presence Path™
£995.00

Presence Path™ is a defined eight-week coaching programme for people navigating uncertainty or transition.

It supports moments when something has quietly shifted - offering space to slow down, think clearly, and regain a grounded sense of direction.

This is not open-ended coaching.
It is a structured, time-bound experience designed to finish, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

How I work

Start with the challenge, not the solution.

Organisational performance work rarely begins with a predetermined programme. We first understand what is happening, what you are trying to achieve and where the greatest leverage may sit.

From there, the work might involve:

Understand
Explore the organisation, its context and the performance challenge. Listen to leaders and teams, examine what is happening in practice and identify where attention may be needed.

Focus
Make sense of what we find. Identify the few conditions, behaviours or capability gaps most likely to be shaping performance.

Work
Design the right response around the challenge. This might involve leadership consulting, executive facilitation, team development, coaching or focused capability work.

Embed
Turn insight into changes that last beyond the intervention. Strengthen leadership practice, ways of working and capability so improvement continues.

The work might include

  • Leadership team facilitation

  • Organisational capability diagnostics

  • Leadership and performance consulting

  • Executive and leadership coaching

  • Team development

  • Focused workshops and interventions

What we're working towards

  • Greater clarity and alignment

  • Better decisions and accountability

  • Stronger leadership teams

  • More capable people and organisations

  • Improved conditions for sustained performance

The intervention follows the challenge, not the other way around.
